06 Apr MisOr’s PDRRMO on Red Alert During Holy Week

In a news from Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental Police and Military will raise their security from blue to red alert starting next week to keep the peacefulness and solemnity of the Holy Week.
Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) Executive Director Fernando Dy Jr. said that the rationale of this action is to provide enough security on the devotees who will visit for the religious rites to be held in the province.
Dy and Governor Bambi Emano assured that no devotee will be harmed or be put to danger upon the celebration of the Holy Week.
City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department Officer Allan Porcadilla said that City Mayor Oscar Moreno already activated the Incident Management Team (IMT) composed of the different agencies or departments of the government to provide security on Malasag and Our Lady of Guadalupe of the city.
