CdeO aspiring and professional models wear Gil Macaibay designs in “Strike A Pose 4”

Both aspiring and professional models in CdeO strutted and posed in the workshop and fashion show titled “Strike A Pose 4”, showcasing elegant and intricate designer’s clothes by CdeO’s Prince of Haute Couture, Gil Macaibay III at the Grand Caprice Restaurant last May 28, 2017.

The grandiose event was witnessed by relatives and friends as well as different bloggers and fashion enthusiasts.

Aside from the adult models, aspiring kid models were also encouraged to join the workshop.

Prior to the fashion show, the models got the chance to have a class with Gil Macaibay and various CdeO fashion icons like Emily Ravalo-Ceballos and Sheila Marianne Rojas. CdeO artist, Jam Bantigue of Gliteratti, also talked with the participants about the Do’s and Dont’s before, during and after every fashion show and other things the models should remember.

A day before the event, famous models, Ann Casas and Jobo Roa also did the final coaching for the participants.

After days of workshop, the participant’s most awaited day came, the opportunity to wear the minimal yet classy and elegant pieces of Gil Macaibay while walking the runway with their striking pose.

In an interview with GMA Regional TV Network, Gil Macaibay revealed that he was not only aiming to hone the talents of CdeO’s aspiring models through the fashion show but more importantly, he also wanted them to participate on helping the needy in the society.

A promoter of fund-raising shows, Gil Macaibay “Strike A Pose” fashion show is for the Balay Canossa and St. Joseph’s Home for the aged to help raise their fundings.

At the end of the show, Gil Macaibay walked the runway while being praised by the audience for  the successful event.
