Mga higala! MONDING SANCHEZ TEA LOUNGE, a unique and affordable local milk tea shop, has brought the first-ever WHITE RABBIT MILK TEA in Cagayan de Oro City!
This new treat brings back a familiar flavor from our childhood and fuses it with one of the most popular drinks of our adult life, creating a new milk tea that everyone will surely love!
Monding Sanchez Tea Lounge was made by the young and talented fashion designers of Monding Sanchez Atelier, and is located inside Door 1 of Yasay Building, along JR Borja-Don Apolinar Velez Street, together with their boutique.
(Note: The tea lounge is inside the boutique, don’t hesitate to press the doorbell when you arrive.)

Aside from the White Rabbit Milk Tea, they also offer various flavors like the “Monster Brown Sugar Milk Tea,” Wintermelon, and Oreo! They even have a “BUY 1 TAKE 1” milk tea promo right now!
They also serve lumpia, french fries, ramen, prawn crackers, and more.
By the way, a lot of Kagay-anon’s outside their store have already tried their milk tea and snacks, when they visited Brgy. Gusa last December 2019 and served customers during the recent Kuyamis Festival at Capitol Grounds.
