05 Aug More “No Parking” Zones in Cagayan de Oro as Declared by Hapsay
Parking on the side within Rodelsa Circle roads will not be allowed from 7pm to 7am during Sundays starting September 1, as declared by the chair of Task Force Hapsay Dalan (TFHD) and The Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) last August 3, 2015.

The new traffic rule is based on City Mayor Oscar Moreno’s issued Executive Order No. 070-15 and was further toughened with Barangay 1’s Brgy. Resolution No. 009-2015, recommended and supported by RTA assistant department head Engr. Nonito Oclarit.
Last July 29, a meeting was held being attended by the TFHD, RTA, and the brgy. chairs of 1, Nazareth, Macasandig and Carmen with the discussion of the declared “No Parking” zones with the goal of resolving traffic from the city’s rotunda.
The new traffic rule will be enforced by the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) and the RTA, to be implemented in the northern road from Fernandez St., the southern road from Biasong-Tinib Rd., eastern road from Tomas Saco St., and western road from Mastersons Ave, according to Atty. Jose Edgardo Uy, the TFHD chair.
