Posted at 09:43h, 06 JulyThat garden is lovely. The problem is that they ruin the peaceful atmosphere by blasting out terribly loud music over speakers spread out over the entire garden. Some day Filipinos will learn that loud music is not a welcome addition in parks, stores, beaches, restaurants, or public transport.
