February 2, 2018. A  mother has given birth to a bouncing baby boy outside the Northern Mindanao Medical Center after being unable to reach the emergency room.

The doctors and nurses were forced to facilitate the amazing delivery because the mother was already feeling so much pain, and the baby is said to have partially come out.
