22 Mar SPOTTED: Motorcycle Helmet Theft @ Limketkai Caught On Video
Mga higala! A man was recently caught on video while stealing a helmet from a parked motorcycle, in the Limketkai Center area of Cagayan de Oro City!
Based on the said video, the male suspect cut the helmet’s strap while his female companion acted as a lookout. They were then able to successfully detach the helmet from the motorcycle and ride away, within just a few seconds.
