Moviefy is a known movie house in Cagayan de Oro that is located near Mercury Drug at the corner of 189 Tomas Saco 15th St, Nazareth. It is accurately a movie house because it’s located inside a house where it occupies an essential part in the owner’s residence. You’ll really feel at home in Moviefy.
It is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Movie Rates
Regular movies cost Php 300 good for 3 persons plus Php 75 for extra person; same rate for kids.
3D movies cost Php 500 good for 3 persons and plus Php 100 per extra person. Children below 10 years old is not allowed.
Extended Version Movies cost Php 400 good for 3 persons and plus Php 100 for extra person.
Corkage Rates (Per group/room)

2. Stargaze DVD Movie House
For movie geeks, Stargaze DVD Movie House is also perfect for you! It is located at Capistrano – Kalambaguhan Streets, behind Princeton Inn. It has six (6) private rooms for customers.
If you want a large room for your whole family or friends, Stargaze has also two (2) types of rooms for you two choose. The types of rooms are namely “Supreme” and “VIP”.
For the capacity of the Supreme room, thirteen (13) persons can occupy the room. The rate is Php 150 per movie, inclusion of two (2) persons. There is a charge of Php 50 for additional person.
For the VIP room, it cost a bit higher with a Lazy Boy and Mini Bar. The rate is Php 385 per movie, inclusion of two (2) persons. Plus Php 100 for an extra person.
Stargaze is open daily from 10:00 am to 1:00 AM. For the corkage fee, you’ll pay Php 100 for bringing outside foods and strictly, no smoking.
3. Koze Movie Café
You already been to the movie houses mentioned above? Well, why not try Koze Movie Café this time. Koze Movie Café is located at second floor of Grand Central, Pabayo-Hayes Street.
They are open from 11:00 am to 2:00 am. Regarding their rooms, Koze has nine (9) private rooms.
Movie Rates
They offer a promo rate this time which costs Php 200 per movie and good for 2 persons. You’ll pay Php 50 per extra person you want to join with you. What’s nice about Koze Movie Café is there’s no corkage fees.
Very affordable rate. If there are five (5) of you in a room, you’ll just pay Php350 compared to paying Php 700 in a cinema.
Drinks
The drinks you can order from them are coffee, coke, sprite, smb light, smb pilsen and bottled water. So no worries when you can’t buy drinks outside, you can just buy from them.
4. Hello Robin’s Movie House
Preferred to watch movies than sing in KTV bars? Hello Robin’s Movie House is one of the best movie houses for you. It’s like a secret hiding place also suited for lovers or a family who are not comfortable to bond in crowded places or cinemas.
Hello Robin’s Movie House is located at the 2nd Floor of the RA Uy Appliance Center Building, Tirso Neri corner Pabayo Streets. It’s a private theatre and they are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
They have seven (7) rooms neatly and comfortably designed for their customers.
Movie Rates
For students, you’ll pay Php 200 per movie good for two (2) persons.
Regular rate is Php 250 per movie also good for two (2) persons.
For additional person, you’ll pay Php 50.
Just like the Koze Movie Café, they don’t ask for a corkage fee for any food you will bring but you can also buy some snacks and drinks from them.
They have a large room that can accommodate up to 15 persons. Their rooms are really clean and you’ll love the place.
