20 Oct 7 MSU-IIT Graduates Dominates Metallurgical Engineering Licensure Examination

Seven graduates from the Iligan Institute of Technology of the Mindanao State University (MSU-IIT) dominated the top 10 places in the Metallurgical Engineering Licensure Examination held in Manila and Davao this October.
Professional Regulation Commission disclosed the exam results reporting that the seven alumni placed top one to four, six and nine to 10 in the examination prepared by the Board of Metallurgical Engineering.
Alumni of the University of the Philippines-Diliman tied with the IIT alumni for the ninth spot while top five, seven and eight are from the also from UP-Diliman.
With a rating of 87.85 percent, Aliza Marie Padilla Salces topped the exams. Jeraldine Pasaol Lastam with 87.3 percent, placed second and MaryRose Joy Torres Aparece with 85.65 percent, placed third.
Mark Ianne Ledesma Nuñez placed fourth with a rating of 85.5 percent, Maria Theresa Reserva Raganas placed sixth with 83.55 percent, and Artric Jeano Valde Morilla placed tenth with 82.45 percent.
For the ninth slot with a rating of 82.6 percent, Stephen John Jamora Sanchez, UP-Diliman alumni Mark Jayson Famisan Cleope and Terence Justin Festin Dy Echo shared the spot.
Jamie Jane Fajiculay Apolonio of UP Diliman graduate placed fifth with 5.15 percent, Narciso Recella Preclaro Jr. also from the same school placed seventh with 82.82 percent and Charles Morgan Raymundo Sayson also from UP-Diliman placed eighth with 82.8 percent.
