27 Feb Dive in The Crystal Clear Waters of Mambuntan and Mahanggub Falls

Naawan or the Municipality of Naawan is a 4th class municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental with a population of over 21,000 people.
And, like all of the various regions in Mindanao, it is blessed with a bundle of beauties given by nature.
According to a travel blog by Rhene D’ Adventurer, Naawan has about 26 waterfalls and some of these are the Mambuntan and Mahanggub Falls. These are just some of their less popular falls due to its isolated location but it trumps all the others due to its amazing view and crystal clear waters.

Mambuntan Falls is a 1 hour and 40-minute drive from Cagayan de Oro City.

The municipality is currently boosting the promotion of their tourist destinations. Because of this, interested travelers can contact their Municipal Hall and request a tour guide.
