11 Apr NBI Arrests 25-Year-Old Male In Iligan City For Blackmailing His Ex-Girlfriend For Sex
Mga higala! A 25-year-old male who was blackmailing her 17-year-old ex-girlfriend with nude photos, in Iligan City, was arrested in an entrapment operation by the National Bureau of Investigation-Iligan District Office (NBI-ILDO), inside a lodging house, last Tuesday, March 9.
The suspect was identified as Charlton Balanay, a resident of Barangay Santiago, Iligan City.
According to Inquirer, the said operation was conducted after the girl, a senior high school student, asked for the NBI’s help after Balanay threatened to post her nude photos on the internet if she refused to meet and get back with him.
