In a Facebook post by Top Gear CDO, the page warned the public of the growing incident of car scratching involving street kids. The post calls on CDeO Officials to take action regarding the issue. According to some netizens, when traffic jam strikes these street kids would knock off on windows begging for money. However, if denied the boys would lash out scratching the sides of cars which is a hassle to car owners.
