Mga higala! A netizen in Cagayan de Oro City is now warning the public after having their car “egged” by unidentified individuals along the national highway in Brgy. Kauswagan!
ICYDK, this may be part of the “Basag Itlog” modus that has occurred in various parts of the country.
The said modus aims to force drivers to stop by throwing eggs on their windshields. When they do, the suspects then initiate a robbery.
BTW, activating your windshield wiper upon being egged is highly discouraged since this usually just reduces your visibility even further.
Drivers are advised to just drive away from the area and stop in the nearest secure location.
