From Cagayan de Oro Page update, the city government marks another milestone yesterday, April 18, 2017, for the closing of the open dumpsite in Upper Dagong, Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
They started the final phase of the rehabilitation of the engineered sanitary landfill in Barangay Pagalungan.
And strictly implement the proper waste segregation in the barangays to achieve a healthy and clean city.
Moreno’s administration has fully implemented the RA 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.
