- initially had no history of travel, travel to an area in Lanao del Sur now being verified
- initial info revealed that she was visited by individuals from Lanao del Sur on July
- experienced symptoms
- admitted in a private hospital and was swabbed on August 2
- results came back positive on August 3
- comorbidity: hypertension
- transferred to NMMC last night, August 3
- expired this morning, August 4
- contact tracing ongoing
