According to Benjamin, a single Hobbit house can be done with two to three persons in a week, if all the needed materials are available for use.

And, since they are surrounded by nature, it wasn’t too hard gathering materials when he made the Hobbit Houses.

They also have nest-like viewing decks high above various trees, that help give a better view of Bukidnon’s beautiful mountains.

They also have decks like this, which can be used by families and barkadas for a relaxing meal and discussions.

The roof of each Hobbit House is made out of grasses mixed with wood and rocks. The walls, windows, and doors are also made of the wood and rocks found in the farm’s tree plantation and creeks.
