21 May NMMC Finally Starts COVID-19 Testing Operations: Results Within 1-2 Hours
Mga higala! The Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) has finally started its COVID-19 testing operations and swab test results can now be determined within 1-2 hours, right here in Cagayan de Oro City!
Using their Xpert Xpress machine, the hospital has already tested 5 of its health workers.
They have also tested 4 COVID-19 suspects from outside the city:
- Negative: 57-year-old female community-acquired pneumonia, high-risk
- Negative: 83-year-old male, community-acquired pneumonia moderate-risk
- Negative: 65-year-old female, community-acquired pneumonia, high-risk, stable
- Negative: 39-year-old female, died due to acute respiratory failure
