07 Jan NO LITTERING Ordinance In Cagayan de Oro City, Fine: 500-2,000 Pesos
Mga higala! LITTERING or the improper disposal of garbage or waste products is now prohibited in Cagayan de Oro, in accordance with the City Ordinance No. 13378-2018.
According to Article XIV, Section 56 of this ordinance- littering, throwing, dumping of waste matters in public places such as roads, sidewalks, canals, esteros, parks, and establishments is now forbidden.
Violators will be required to pay a fine ranging from 500 to 2,000 pesos!
