15 Mar “No Segregation, No Collection” Policy To Finally Start In Brgy. Carmen This April 2021
Mga higala! A “No Segregation, No Collection” policy will finally be implemented starting this April 2021 in Brgy. Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City!
This means that garbage collectors will no longer take or collect mixed non-biodegradable, biodegradable, and recyclable waste from residences or businesses within the said barangay.
A dry run of this policy will be conducted from April 5-21 and the full implementation will start on April 22.

ICYDK, this “No Segregation, No Collection” policy is part of City Ordinance 13378-2018 or Integrated Ecological Solid Waste Management Ordinance of Cagayan de Oro, and will soon be implemented throughout the city.
