14 Jan NO STANDING POLICY To Be Implemented On Buses In Northern Mindanao- LTFRB

Mga higala! The NO STANDING POLICY on all buses will soon be implemented in Northern Mindanao, according to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) of Region X.
This was decided since the said policy is already being applied in Luzon and Visayas.
According to a report by Superbalita Cagayan de Oro, Regional Director Allan Guro said that bus, vans, and other forms of public transportation have to follow the exact seating capacity of their vehicles.
“Dili na pwede ang magtindog labina gyod kong taas ang oras sa biyahe kay dili maayo sa panglawas sa pasahero ug dili sila komportable,” said Guro.
Drivers and operators who will violate this no standing policy will be punished by the LTFRB.
