10 Dec No Vaccine, No Entry Policy Now Being Enforced In CDO’s Indoor Establishments

Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City is now officially enforcing a NO VACCINE, NO ENTRY policy in all its indoor venues and establishments!

This is part of the Executive Order No. 144-2021 of Mayor Oscar Moreno and is based on the guidelines of the national government and the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID).

The said order mandates all law enforcement units under the City COVID-19 Response Team (COCPO, Regulatory Compliance Board, Disiplina Muna Advocacy Team, City Tourism Office, and more) to check if individuals who want to enter indoor venues and establishments have vaccination cards.

Those who will violate this executive order may receive fines and penalties higala!
