On Monday, the Office of the Ombudsman remains firm in its decision to dismiss and disqualify Oscar Moreno in his current position as the Mayor of Cagayan De Oro City.
The 8-page copy of the Ombudsman’s decision Monday night through Janeth Nunez has been received by the Philippines News Agency (PNA). It was on March 3 when Ombudsman Conchita Morales signed the denial order.
