28 Nov One Oasis Cagayan De Oro is Ready for Occupancy!
Filinvest Land Corporation (FLI) opens its 2nd condominium in Cagayan de Oro city.
According to a report from Sun.Star, the One Oasis CDO located at Rosario Limketkai Avenue is a 2.7-hectare property mid-rise condominium neighborhood which is considered to be the first in Northern Mindanao.
FLI’s new condominium project is added to its list of oasis-themed condominium communities.
Each enclave features green landscapes and resort-inspired amenities are called as “My Patch of Green in the City.”
It has an Asian-Balinese-themed construction which is formed of five medium-rise buildings.
The One Oasis CDO differs from the other communities as it has a resort-inspired amenities like landscaped gardens, a multi-purpose clubhouse, adult and kiddie pools, entertainment rooms, fitness gym, covered basketball court, kid’s play area and jogging and walking trails.
Cagayan de Oro City was chosen to be the best location for the FLI’s Oe Oasis as it has a skyrocketing step of development and the city’s positive economic odds.
