Mga higala! The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has finally opened the online registration portal of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) for the Philippine National ID!

1. Open the said link and click “proceed”.

2. Input your email or permanent phone number.

3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email or phone number.

4. Fill up the registration form.

(Note: You may encounter errors during your registration due to the high number of registrants. The PSA is now trying to fix the problem.)

After this registration step, applicants will be informed when they need to visit their local registration centers for the collection of various biometric data. The schedule will be sent through their provided contact info.
