29 Jul Opol Holds Bangus Sampling to Strengthen Fish Production for Small Fishermen
Mga higala! Last July 24, 2020, Provincial Agriculture Office Head, Apollo Pacamalan, spearheaded the bangus sampling at Barangay Malingin in the Municipality of Opol, Misamis Oriental.
The said program is intended to help groups of small fishermen increase their fish production, especially during this time of the pandemic.
Together with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), the Department of Social Welfare and Development Office, the local government are tirelessly figuring out ways on how to serve the fishermen as part of the province’s economic recovery.
