09 Sep Baho’g Ilok, Dili Ka-Drive: Ordinance Mandating Personal Hygiene For E-Bike Drivers Approved @ Cebu
Mga higala! An ordinance prohibiting individuals with smelly armpits and/or those who don’t take a bath from driving their e-bikes, has been approved in the Province of Cebu!
The said ordinance will be implemented within the Brgy. Pooc of Talisay City.
Violators will receive the following fines:
- 1st offense – P100
- 2nd offense – P200
- 3rd offense – P1,000
According to reports, this ordinance was implemented due to various complaints from passengers against e-bike drivers who disregard their personal hygiene.
