25 Mar P1.9 Million Worth Of Overpriced Thermal Scanners Confiscated @ Barangay Gusa
Mga higala! Over P1.9 million worth of overpriced Thermal Scanners were confiscated by the CDO Regulatory Compliance Board together with the NBI, FDA, and DTI, from a medical supplier at Barangay Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City!
The owners failed to present the appropriate and necessary Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) and a License to Operate (LTO), as mandated by FDA Advisory No. 2020-434, and RA 9711.
Moreover, the said thermal scanners are being sold at P9,500 each, even though the product’s market price is only P389.
