Mga higala! The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) confiscated thousands of boxes of CIGARETTES with fake BIR stamps, worth P882 MILLION, in a raid conducted at 2 warehouses in Barangay Bayabas and Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City!

3,000 boxes of cigarettes were found in the Bayabas warehouse and over 1,700 boxes were seized in Cugman.

As of now, the BIR and NBI are conducting an investigation to identify the manufacturers of the cigarettes.
