23 Nov PAGASA expects LPA east of Mindanao to become a Cyclone
Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Low Pressure Area (LPA) moving along east of Mindanao may develop into a cyclone.
It will bring light to moderate rains by Thursday in eastern Visayas and Mindanao and once it become a cyclone it will be named “Marce.”
PAGASA Weather Forecaster Aldcazar Aurelio said warm and humid easterly winds will prevail over the eastern section of the country that would bring isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
