25 Sep Passenger Drives Herself Home While Letting Driver to Sleep

A Facebook post went viral when Cristina Tan brought her story to social media about her experience as being an instant substitute taxi driver because the real driver of the vehicle needed to go to sleep.
Cristina retold her story about her unusual experience in an article posted on ABS-CBN News Online. She said in an interview that she was about to go home when she bumped into the taxi operated by the 67-year old Rolando Sarusad or “Mang Rolando”.
Mang Rolando even asked Cristina to transfer to other vehicles because he could not avoid falling asleep. However, Cristina, fearing that she might not be able to get another ride, just presented to drive herself home while Mang Rolando is sleeping.
Cristina praised the taxi driver for working hard for his family given his old age.
On the other hand, Mang Rolando was not able to hold his tears while thanking the lady for sincerely offering her help at that time.
