This coming All Saint’s Day and All Souls’ Day, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-10 will conduct anti-drug visibility and surveillance operations in crowded areas in the city and the province.
This was considered with the expected rush of huge supplies of shabu that will be smuggled by syndicate members.
According to PDEA agent Ben Calibre, they’ll be releasing sniffing dogs to help them in countering the drugs that will smuggled inside public and private cemeteries on November 1 and 2, especially in Cagayan de Oro.
