21 Sep All PH Cemeteries To Be Closed This October 29-November 4 vs COVID-19
Mga higala! As a measure against COVID-19 during this year’s All Souls’ and All Saints’ Day, Malacañang has announced that all public and private cemeteries, memorial parks, and columbariums in the Philippines will be closed from October 29 to November 4!
This is in accordance with Resolution No. 72 of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).
The said places can then be visited after the said dates, with visitors limited to a maximum of 30% of the venue capacity and the strict observance of the wearing of face masks and face shields and social distancing.
Moreover, as an exception, age restrictions will not apply for the visitors of the mentioned places.
