Mga higala! A sick foreign national named Victor Morgan was allegedly abandoned by her PINAY live-in partner, inside their home in Villa Kananga, Butuan City.

Morgan was found on his bed, unable to move due to his amputated leg.

Thankfully, with the help of his neighbors and their barangay officials, he was rescued by the Butuan CDRRMO together with some social workers and was brought to the Butuan City Medical Center for immediate medical attention.
