LOOK: Plaza Divisoria To Become A Walkable & Bikeable Park As Part Of “Project Lunhaw”

Mga higala! Plaza Divisoria is now planned to be transformed into a walkable and bikeable heritage park, as the Central Lunhaw area of Cagayan de Oro City’s “Project Lunhaw”!

This includes Riverside Park and covers the city’s central business district along the Cagayan de Oro River. The parks will then have various green features while preserving their historical value. It will also become the standard for open spaces in the city.

Plaza Divisoria

  • permeable surface (absorb rainwater)
  • water features (fountains and others)

Riverside Park

Moreover, according to the city government’s recent presentation, these two will need a budget of around P1.13 billion.
