20 Dec PLDT: No Disconnection Until January 2022 For Customers Affected By Typhoon Odette
Mga higala! PLDT announced yesterday, December 19, 2021, that they will be giving bill rebates (and load assistance) to customers affected by Typhoon Odette in Visayas and Mindanao!
“Impacted customers in Visayas and Mindanao will not be required to pay for any service fees incurred during the days they experienced connectivity disruptions.”
This will then reflect on their January/February 2022 billing.
No “disconnection of service due to non-payment” will also be conducted until the end of January.
ICYDK, these are part of PLDT’s ongoing efforts to help severely affected customers get back on their feet following the onslaught of Typhoon Odette.
