16 Apr PNP Guidelines to Review When Traveling Outside Cagayan de Oro
Mga higala! If you want to travel outside Cagayan de Oro City, consider reviewing the guidelines that were outlined by the Philippine National Police (PNP)- a.k.a. the Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) Protocol, that’s now being followed in checkpoints.
It is advised that you bring with you your IDs and other related documents that support your purpose of traveling based on what is in the APOR, as the city is still under community quarantine.
