Mga higala! PO2 May Shell Oro of Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) has won as the First Runner-up representing Police Regional Office 10 in the Ganda Pulis 2018. Ganda Pulis 2018’s Gala Night was recently held at the PNP Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City. PO2 May Shell Oro also received the Miss PNP Maka-Diyos award.
