Mga higala! Police officers successfully arrested a husband and his wife, for kidnapping a 2-year-old girl from Barangay Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City!

According to a post by TV Patrol North Mindanao, part of the suspects’ modus is to lure innocent kids by using candies and other goodies.
