Mga higala! The Police Station 2 of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) has successfully arrested the Imang Group, an all-female pickpocket group in Cagayan de Oro, inside the Ororama Supercenter at Cogon!

The said group allegedly operates inside malls and other crowded places in the city. They were nabbed yesterday, September 22, 2020, at around 3:00 pm, with the help of a victim who filed a complaint after losing her iPhone while window shopping.

Below are the said pickpockets:

1. Catherine Oval y Escallera, 40, Single, of San Juan 2, Lapasan
2. Ninya Gomez y Castanares, 65, Widow, of San Juan 2, Lapasan
3. Buenaventura, Mia y Estella, 52, Widow, of Bontong, Camaman-an
4. Mary Jane Abacahan y Ordaneza, 37, Single, of Lapas Uno, Lapasan
5. Juliet Lapore y Salas, 57, Widow, of San Juan 2, Lapasan
6. Manuela Palayo y Roceles, 58, Single, San Juan 2, Lapasan

The police were then able to confiscate phones and other items in their possession.
