04 Oct Police Arrests Suspect For Kidnapping Female Grade 4 Student @ Brgy. Macabalan
Mga higala! A male suspect was arrested by the Cagayan de Oro police last Wednesday, October 2, for allegedly kidnapping and kissing a female Grade 4 student from Barangay Macabalan!
The suspect was caught in Lower Dagong, Barangay Carmen, after the victim ran away from him and concerned citizens noticed her crying and asking for help.

In an interview with iFM CDO, the suspect denied abducting the victim and said that he was just trying to give her money and help her in buying a book.
