20 Feb LOOK: Police Arrests Suspect Who Tried To Kidnap 2-Year-Old Girl @ Valencia City
Mga higala! The police successfully stopped a suspect from kidnapping a 2-year-old girl yesterday, February 19, 2020, in Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon!
According to a post by Superbalita Cagayan de Oro, the suspect lured the child with some candy while she was at the terrace of their home. Thankfully, the mother noticed the incident and immediately got help from the authorities.
