13 May Police Catches RTA Enforcer Extorting A Motorist @ Brgy. Carmen
Mga higala! An enforcer of the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) was caught in an entrapment operation yesterday, May 12, 2020, at around 4:55 pm, while extorting money (P500) from a motorist with a violation along the Ipil Street of Brgy. Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City!
The suspect is 30 yrs old, married, and is a resident of Zone 3, Brgy. Bulua.
He is now in a custodial facility for case filing and proper disposition, and will face charges for Robbery Extortion.
