From an updated article of Bombo Radyo CDeO, the Police Officers filed various cases such as reckless imprudence resulting to multiple murder, physical injuries and damage to property against the driver and his assistant at El Raro Farm in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City.

According to Cugman Police Station Commander C/Ins. Evan Viñas that the two men are siblings and identified as Freddie Talisayan and Felix Talisayan that originated from Davao del Norte.

Further, it was found out that the accident was deliberately done by the suspects. Supt. Viñas said that he discovered on the mobile phone of Freddie that he will make a road incident when her girlfriend will break up with him.

This fact results to haste the documents to file cases with regards to murder and illegal use of drugs.

At first, Freddie apologized and insisted that he was drunk during during the incident. This with regards to the death of the victims who were identified as Vivien Nacaya; a transgender woman, Ronnie Abrio; the father with his kids, Steffani, 8; Kenneth, 10 and Sofia, 5. And the victims who are in critical condition Kristal Moldez, Runie Llubia, Kent Felicilda and Kurt Angel who were brought to Northern Mindanao medical Center NMMC) after the road accident.
