In a report from Bombo Radyo, Cagayan de Oro Police Office will investigate if there is truth to the reports that there have been child abductions in the city using a van.
According to COCPO spokesperson C/Insp Mardy Hortillosa that they are still verifying and investigating the reports of a van kidnapping children age 15 and below.
Hortillosa added that there have been no incidents of child abduction involving the removal of child’s internal organs in the city.
Yesterday a text message was circulating around the city warning residents of a kidnapping group. According to the text message, the kidnapping incidents may occur in Jasaan, Puerto, and Togoloan.
