In an article posted by Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, the 4th Infantry Division Philippine Army requested the leader of PNP-10 to discipline the policemen who were responsible for beating two soldiers in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

The request was made after Camp Aguinaldo was alarmed to the state of soldiers PFC Brian Anco and PFC Armand Gentiles who were allegedly beaten by several police officers last week.

According to the 4th ID Philippine Army Spokesperson Captain Joe Patrick Martinez,  their soldiers are not criminals as opposed to the depiction of the trending video shown on social media.

On the other hand, PNP Regional Spokesperson Supt Lemuel Gonda reminded some soldiers that they should not allow themselves to be affected by the state of the arrested soldiers and that the military should understand that those police officers are just doing their duties.

It was found out that the Gentiles and Anco were arrested by PO2 Mar Torregosa and PO1 Laurence Macalos from Manolo Fortich Police Station after the driver of the bus they are riding complained about their loudness while inside the vehicle.
