Mga higala! To manage and prevent the risk of crowds at Gaston Park (like the one last Sunday), the city government deployed more personnel to monitor its vicinity starting last night, December 14, 2020!

Included in this are teams from the Disiplina Muna Advocacy Team, the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Department (CDRRMD), the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA), the Oro Tanod, and more.

The said personnel made sure that people visiting the park to watch the “Symphony of Lights” are following public health safety protocols against COVID-19 like the wearing of face masks and the observance of social distancing.
