22 Mar Policeman Causes Commotion In Cagayan de Oro Spa After Masseuse Refused To Give Extra Service
Mga higala! A POLICE OFFICER caused a disturbance inside a spa in Cagayan de Oro City last Tuesday, March 19, after a masseuse refused to give him “extra service.”
The officer was identified as Police Officer 1 (PO1) Ralph Vincent Bacas, 29 years old, a resident of Valencia City, Bukidnon.
According to a report from Sunstar CDO, Bacas went into the said spa in his civilian clothing, under the influence of alcohol.
After having a massage, he then offered P1,000 to his masseuse in exchange for sex, but she refused. Bacas was enraged and started to cause a ruckus inside the spa, prompting the spa owner to call the authorities.
“Siguro wala mahatag iyang gusto nga extra service kay sumala pa sa complainant, nag offer daw siya og P1,000 pero wala siya mosugot mao tong nanggulat siya busa nagsumbong ang tag-iya sa atong opisina,” said Inspector Ernesto Sanchez, deputy commander of Police Station 2.
Bacas was arrested by his fellow officers and will be facing grave coercion charges and an administrative case from the Police Regional Office of Northern Mindanao.
