21 Sep President Duterte Approves Limited Face-To-Face Classes In 120 Schools Within Low-Risk Areas

Mga higala! President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the limited face-to-face classes proposed by the Department of Education (DepEd)!

Included in this are 100 public schools and 20 private schools in areas considered with low risk of COVID-19 infection.

The pilot period of the said limited face-to-face classes will be conducted for 2 months for the following levels and class size:

• Kindergarten: 12 learners per class
• Grades 1 to 3: 16 learners per class
• Technical vocational students in SHS: 20 learners per class

Classes will then be held for around half a day, every other week.
