27 Jul President Duterte Orders Closure Of All Lotto, STL, & Other “Gaming Schemes”
Mga higala! President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered to stop the gambling operations of all lotto, small town lottery (STL), Peryahan ng Bayan, and all gaming schemes granted by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
“I have today ordered the closure, the stoppage of all gaming schemes sa… whatever nature, however done, that got the franchises to do from the PCSO. The ground is massive corruption involving all, pati the courts who repeatedly issued injunctions to paralyze government and to allow corruption to thrive,” Duterte said in a video message uploaded on the Presidential Communications Operations Office’s Facebook page.
The President has given law enforcers 24 hours starting today, July 27, to stop the said gambling activities which he now declared as illegal.
