18 Oct President Marcos Declares October 31 As Special Non-Working Holiday
Mga higala! President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has signed a proclamation declaring October 31, 2022, as a special non-working holiday!
According to Proclamation No. 79, this non-working day aims to give the people more time to strengthen family ties and promote domestic tourism, in addition to the holiday this November 1 (All Saint’s Day).
